What is the process for ordering, payment, delivery, etc?

ORDERING

Cantikwall will act as intermediaries to receive order on behalf of the suppliers including payment. Any order will be forwarded to the suppliers for them to arrange the delivery.
Remarks: Items to be published on the website shall be on ready stock basis. As such once informed, the supplier shall obliged to deliver the item no more than 10 working days. 

Order Received

Cantikwall received order from customer. 

Seller Informed

Cantikwall inform seller about the purchased and pay 50-60% deposit. 

Seller Deliver

Seller arrange for product delivery. 

Product Delivered

Customer received the purchased item. Customer sign off. 

Seller Get Paid

Seller get remaining 40-50% payment. 

PAYMENT

Cantikwall shall handled all payment transactions made by the customers. The supplier will be paid 60% of the payment amount initially for them to manage delivery of the purchased item. This only valid for order below USD 1000. Any purchase above USD1000, only 50% payment will be made initially. The remaining will only be paid once the item is safely arrived to customer. 

Remarks: The supplier will be paid using TT method or Paypal (preferred). 

DELIVERY

Once received order, the supplier shall arranged the delivery to the required address where the purchased item shall be delivered no more than 10 working days. 
Remarks: All delivery documentations shall be under the responsibility of the supplier.
