HOW IT WORKS?

STEP 1: Brief us your project requirements

• Tell us what you need, what you want to achieve, and advise us on your target budget. 
• Inform us if you have specific timeline to complete the work or any other constraints
• provide us any information that would help us to further understand your requirements. 

STEP 2: START with design work

• Upon completion of step 1, we will issue a quotation for design fee. 
• During design stage, detailed discussion on overall concept, theme, specifications will be discussed. It is a 2 ways process. 
• Deliverables include furniture layout plan, reflected ceiling plan (FLP), 3d model (Walkthrough), and detailed drawings for build. 
• Optional : M&E drawings
• Design fee starts from RM 8.50 sqft. (based on floor area). The larger the area the lower the price  rate. 

STEP 3: RENOVATION work

• Upon completion of design phase, we will issue a quotation for build.
• If both parties agreed with the terms and commercial values, the build phase will commence accordingly.
• Detailed project contract will be issued for any project above RM350K. 
• Project deliverables warranty: 6 months.
• Maintenance support: Subject to discussion.
