MOSQUE CARPET CLEANING

OUR METHOD
We use dry clean and hot water extraction method to clean the area rug. This approach will allow the carpet to be cleaned (removing dirt, killing germs and bacteria, suspended particles, etc) and dried within short space of time. 

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
  1. Customer book slot for cleaning service. 
  2. Customer pay booking FEE (rate is published in our booking website)
  3. Cantikwall will contact the customer to get the details on the carpet particularly rug size and material. 
  4. Estimated price will be quoted. 
  5. Cantikwall cleaning agent will go to customer place based on the booked date. Our team will measure and give final quotation to the client before begin working. 
  6. Cantikwall's team will perform the cleaning. Upon completion, the customer will make full payment based on final quotation mentioned above. 
REMARKS
  1. Customer has to provide access to power source and water for the service. 
  2. Draining of the dirty water will be handled based on the facility available at each customer place. 

SERVICE COVERAGE

Standard Cleaning 

• Dust and small particles removal (vacuum)
• Extraction washing to remove germs, dirt, and bacteria
• Cleaning time in the range of 5-20 square meter per hour plus 1 to 2 hour drying period subject to carpet size.

Non-coverage

• Cleaning of stain as a result from paint, permanent marker, or any other permanent stain (which will be advised by Cantikwall's team)
• Fixing or cleaning damage rug.
• Removing furniture blocking the area. 

Recurring Cleaning

• We offer weekly, monthly, or yearly cleaning service package.
• Custom recurring cleaning schedule to suit our customer needs. 

Pricing

• RM 1.80 to RM 2.50 per square foot.
• RM 1.80 /km for mileage fee from our location in satellite office in Puchong or Main office in Seremban (subject to availability).
• RM 50 booking fee. (No cancellation allowed, only date changes is allowed)
• For area more than 100 square meter, custom quotation will be provided. Contact our service agent at +6018 4667033.
