GOOD WITH ONLINE MARKETING ? - BE A DROPSHIPPER You have good marketing skills, but with very little capital?. Start with us as a registered dropship agent. With this package you will have to pay commitment fee and registration fee of RM 1000. You will be given, e-marketing tools, product and system training, agent ID, payment gateway link, free widget, and your own landing page. Your income will be solely on sales commission of ready stock product or preorder item. Commission per product stands at 10% of net profit. CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS With Cantikwall, you will have the opportunity to start carpet business from very minimum capital as low as RM 8000. With this capital for example, we will offer you carpet cleaning services business where equipment, training, system, marketing tools and networking will be provided. Your income is still dependent on your work rate however with decent effort you should able to earn RM 250 per day minimum (as a start). SILENT PARTNER If you are someone which have a bit of capital but looking for opportunity to make investment and get good return out of it within 1 year, then we have a program called "Buy to Sell (BTS)" program. With this program you will have to invest certain amount of money to buy some carpet stock from us, of which these stocks will be sold by Cantikwall to gain revenue and profit. The profit gained from this program will be shared between the investor and Cantikwall on certain agreed quantum. One (1) year contract with 3 profit cycles are offered for this program. For the record , this program has been conducted since 2017 and have attracted 6 investors (up until June 2018) whom have gained return between 18% to 23% in a year. Minimum investment for this package is RM 25,000 per investor with ceiling limit of RM 100,000 per investor. CARPET STORE Cantikwall does not have franchising program to date. However, we have a program called equity sharing for opening a carpet store using Cantikwall's name. The concept is the investor will pay certain amount to earn the ownership of a branch store that will be opened and registered under the name of Cantikwall at any address that is agreed by both the investor and Cantikwall. The operating expense (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) shall be under the said investor. Cantikwall shall act as consultant and brand owner which provide product, marketing tools and support plus training. Flexible profit sharing will be applied based on the store performance. 6 months waive period will be given by Cantikwall to the investor on profit sharing subject to terms and conditions. Minimum investment for this type is RM 69,000 per investor. OEM If you are someone who looking to build your own carpet brand which include design, then this package will be suitable for you. You can have your own design for wall to wall carpet used for hotel, residential, office, and mosque. Furthermore, you can also have your own area rug design and brand. We able to accommodate any request for such starting with minimum capital of RM 35,000. A 15% management fee from capital investment will be imposed for each project. Our scope include designing with CAD drawing output, production, brand labeling, packaging, door to door delivery. |
